Hanway Finance is not regulated, and services are not covered by any financial services compensation schemes.

3. Lender Portal & Submissions

Our lender portal allows institutional lenders and financial institutions to submit indicative terms in relation to specific transactions. By submitting terms through our platform, you confirm that:

You are an institutional or professional lender with the authority to submit such terms.
The terms submitted are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer or commitment.
You have reviewed and understood the deal information provided and are submitting on that basis.
You consent to Hanway Finance sharing your submitted terms with the relevant borrower or their representatives for the purpose of evaluating financing options.
